4. Refunds & Cancellations

Customer Cancellation

• 7+ days before event: Full refund or ticket transfer
• Less than 7 days: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

Event Cancellation by Us

We will offer a full refund or transfer to another event. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other additional costs.

5. Event Conduct

By attending our events, you agree to act respectfully toward staff and other guests, follow event instructions, and avoid inappropriate or disruptive behaviour. We may remove anyone who breaches these standards without refund.

6. Matches & Outcomes

We do not guarantee any matches, responses, or outcomes. Matches are processed electronically for convenience, but results are not guaranteed.

7. Use of Your Data

8. Liability

We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage at or after events unless caused by our negligence. Participation is at your own risk. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
